Pricing and Subscription Terms

A plan gives one account access to the paid features for 365 days from the moment payment succeeds. It is a single payment, not a recurring subscription.

Allowances are counted per Indian financial year — 1 April to 31 March — because that is the period a return covers. The plan itself runs for a year from purchase, which is a separate thing: buying in March does not leave you with a few weeks.

All prices are in Indian rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Current prices are: Free — free; Pro — ₹999 per year; Unlimited — ₹2,499 per year.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for: you keep what you bought, at what you paid, for the full term.

Paid plans are sized by how many transactions you import per financial year. A transaction is one row of your ledger — a buy, a sell, a leg of a swap, or an income event such as a staking reward or airdrop. Wallet-to-wallet transfers count as rows even though they are not taxable events.

If an import would take you past your allowance for a financial year, it is refused and nothing is saved. Rows already imported are never deleted because of an allowance.

The allowance attached to your plan is fixed when you buy it. If we later change what a plan includes, your existing plan keeps the allowance you paid for until it expires.

Plans do not renew automatically. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy another year, and we do not keep a payment method on file.

When a plan expires the account returns to the free plan. Your imported data, ledger and reports are not deleted — but features above the free allowance, including Schedule VDA export, stop working until you buy again.

If your ledger holds more transactions than the free allowance when a plan expires, existing rows stay and remain visible. You simply cannot import more until you are back within an allowance that covers them.

Buying a higher plan takes effect as soon as payment succeeds and runs for its own full term from that date.

We do not currently pro-rate or credit the unused part of an existing plan against an upgrade. If that matters to you, contact us before buying and we will look at it case by case.

Payments are handled by Razorpay, which accepts cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your card details.

A plan activates once the payment is confirmed, which is normally immediate. If a payment succeeds but the plan does not appear on your account within a few minutes, contact us — we can see the payment and will activate it.

Paid plans can be refunded in full within 7 days of payment, provided you have not exported a Schedule VDA or tax report on that plan.

Duplicate charges, payments where the plan never activated, and faults on our side are refundable at any point during the plan year.

A plan buys access to software. It does not include tax advice, filing, or review of your return by a professional. Figures produced are estimates based entirely on the data you import.

We do not guarantee that the tool covers every situation, exchange format or transaction type, and features described as beta or planned may change.

We may revise these terms as the plans change. The date above shows when they were last revised, and a change never alters the terms of a plan you have already bought.
